NCTE ने Primary Teacher के लिए निर्धारित अर्हता D.Ed/D.T.ED में बदलाव करते हुए, B.Ed Pass Students को भी Elementary Teacher / प्राथमिक शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु eligible मान लिया है।

B.Ed Pass Students Can Become Primary Teacher NCTE Notification

इससे पूर्व NCTE के आदेश में बीएड वालों को प्राथमिक शिक्षक पद की पात्रता से बाहर कर दिया गया था। जाहिर है की यह बात बी.एड पास छात्रों के लिए एक नई उम्मीद और ख़ुशी लाएगी. NCTE द्वारा हालही में किये गए संशोधन में (28 जून 2018) NCTE पुनः पात्रता मानक में संशोधन करते हुए. बीएड धारकों को अर्हत मान लिया है। जिससे अब 50% अंकोंके साथ B.Ed pass छात्र भी Primary Teacher / Elementary Teacher (1 st to 5 th) के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे . अगर इस अधिसूचना को सही मानें तो अब निच्छित अहर्ता प्राप्त बी.एड छात्र निम्न लिखित सभी भरती के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है.

B.Ed Students Can Apply :

Assistant Teacher – Primary (Teacher for Class 1 st to 5th)

Assistant Teacher – Secondary (Teacher for Class 6th to 8th)

Assistant Teacher – Secondary (Teacher for Class 9 th to 10 th)

Junior College Teacher (Teacher for Class 11th to 12th):

B.Ed Primary Teacher – NCTE Notification :

(1) In the said notification, in para 1 in sub-para (i), in clause (a) after the words and brackets “Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), the following shall be inserted, namely:-
OR
“Graduation with at least 50 % marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)”
2. In the said notification in para 3, for sub-para(a), the following sub-para shall be substituted namely:- “(a) who has acquired the qualification of Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two years of such appointment as primary teacher”.

NCTE ने आपने Notification में 50 प्रतिशत अंकोंके के साथ पास हुए बी.एड छात्रों को प्राथमिक शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु योग्य मान लिया है. परंतु, अब B.Ed pass प्राथमिक शिक्षकों के लिए सेतु पाठ का कोर्स अनिवार्य कर दिया है. यह सेतु पाठ कोर्स कुल 6 महीनों का होगा, जिसे इन B.Ed pass प्राथमिक शिक्षकों नियुक्ति के दो साल के भीतर करना होगा.
