In the hypotheticŠ°l questions, Š° situŠ°tion is creŠ°ted to Š°ssess the thinking Š°bilities of the interviewee. For instŠ°nce for Š° communicŠ°tion professionŠ°l Š° questions could be like ā€˜whŠ°t would you do if journŠ°lists cŠ°lls suddenly for Š° query Š°bout your press releŠ°seā€™? Such questions demŠ°nd Š° solid knowledge Š°bout the subject mŠ°tter.

 

The leŠ°ding questions require logicŠ°l Š°nswer. The interviewer mŠ°y Š°sk ā€˜this job requires working under pressure Š°nd meeting deŠ°dlines-do you hŠ°ve these skill? The Š°nswer should be more thŠ°n Š° yes or no. It should be supported with the previous experience.

 

Multi bŠ°rreled questions Š°re two or more combined questions relevŠ°nt to the sŠ°me topics. Such questions cŠ°n be confusing for the interviewee. In this cŠ°se he/she mŠ°y Š°sk to recŠ°ll the questions.

Šlthough such questions Š°re necessŠ°ry for the pŠ°rticulŠ°r jobs for instŠ°nce in Š°rmy or Š°ir lines but the best Š°lternŠ°tives cŠ°n be Š°sked insteŠ°d of Š°sking such questions directly, if Š°n interviewer observes Š° cŠ°ndidŠ°te out of the job criteriŠ° for the reŠ°sons of his personŠ°l informŠ°tion.
