What is CPC Exam?
The certified professional coder or CPC is an examination from the American Academy of Professional Coders or AAPC. This exam tests your knowledge of physician coding and guidelines. The exam is 150 questions. You are allowed 5 hours and 40 minutes to complete the exam. It is an open book exam. You will use your ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS manuals. To pass you need a 70%.
